TRANSCENDENCE IS GROWTH

 

Mother nature is not benevolent to the seed at the time of germination. The seed has to push itself against the earth for the kernel to break open.  Then the very soil that acted against the seed starts working in its favor. It appears that life is not in our favor whenever we face challenges. But we need to understand that life is only preparing us for the journey ahead. From being a diffident child to a confident adult, from immaturity to maturity, from intolerance to acceptance, from mediocrity to excellence, from randomness to order, from indiscipline to discipline, every evolution needs a give up.

Experientially  I understood that I need to be tough on myself for life to be easy on me. From here to there, is easier said than done. Life was very mediocre till I decided to change. I realized that I cannot remain where I am and hope to make it BIG in life. I need to TRANSCEND my limitations. One  habit at a time, I worked on myself.  Our end goal in life has to be our focus. Be it my new-found confidence, my maturity, the high level of acceptance that I had achieved, the strong faith that I had developed, my surrender, everything was validated. Life will present you with situations that will validate your growth, and I was not an exception. Once you transcend, it is sheer liberation.  Nothing can pull you down. It is like how the rocket propels itself and goes beyond the pull of gravity and enjoys the freedom of space.

The lesser being in you is left behind, the moment your higher self takes over all your actions. Then there will be no regret in life. You begin to rejoice the NEW YOU. If we realize that we are only a decision away from leading a glorious life, we will embark on this journey of transcendence. We need to take one step at a time. Initially your mind will play games with you. Do not relent. Keep working on yourself. The caterpillar has to struggle to come out of the cocoon, the foetus has to push itself out of the womb to enjoy the freedom of a new life. We need self-discipline to attain our full potential. Reinventing ourselves constantly is the process of evolution. The bounties of life are always beyond the imaginary finishing line!
